Where this started.
Blue Pilot Publishing launched in 2011 with a simple belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of digital presence as the big ones. Over the next decade, that belief became more specific.
It wasn't enough to build something and hand it over. Too many business owners were left with a website they couldn't update, tools they didn't understand, and a growing dependence on someone else for things they should be able to handle themselves.
Blue Pilot Agency launched in 2020 to fix that. Same commitment to quality. A clearer purpose: build it, hand over the controls, and make sure you know how to fly it.
What we actually believe.
Your website should belong to you — in every practical sense. You shouldn't need a developer to change your own phone number. Digital tools should save you time, not create new dependencies. Good advice is worth more than impressive jargon. A smaller, honest agency beats a larger, indifferent one every time.
How we work.
Every project is handled personally. You deal with the same person from the first interaction to the final training session. There's no handoff to a junior, no account manager sitting between us, and no outsourcing without your knowledge.
