Every tier is a fixed scope at a fixed price. Prices are in Australian dollars and are the total you pay. Blue Pilot Agency is not registered for GST, so nothing is added.

Monthly Line Maintenance
A plan starts at launch and keeps the site hosted, updated and backed up. One-month minimum term, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.

How payment works
- Projects are paid in three stages: 40% to book, 30% at design approval, 30% before launch.
- Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 7 days, by Stripe or bank transfer.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first. Nothing extra is billed unless you approve it.

Common questions
Is GST included?
Blue Pilot Agency is not registered for GST, so the price shown is the total you pay. If that changes, we will tell you before it affects an existing engagement.
Why does every build come with a monthly plan?
We supply and run the hosting and licences your site runs on, so a plan keeps it live, updated and backed up. Your domain and content stay yours throughout.
What happens if I want to leave?
After the one-month minimum, give 30 days’ notice. You get a full export and help moving to the host of your choice. The hand-back is free once invoices are paid.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Each tier is a fixed scope at a fixed price. Changes outside that scope are quoted in writing before any work starts.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. Each tier includes everything below it, so moving up builds on what you already have rather than starting again.
