How Blue Pilot Agency collects, uses and protects personal information.

Who we are

Blue Pilot Agency Pty Ltd (ABN 13 076 963 632), PO Box 835, Narellan NSW 2567 ("we", "us"). We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Details you send us. Your name, email address, business name, website address and anything you write in a form or email, when you contact us or request an Elevate Snapshot.
• Client records. If you become a client: contact and billing details, project correspondence, and the access details you give us to do the work.
• Website use. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. It does not identify you by name.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the Snapshot or service you asked for.
• To run client projects, invoice and keep business records.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We only email you about what you contacted us about, unless you ask for more.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business: website hosting, email, analytics, payments (Stripe), scheduling and our internal record-keeping tools. They handle personal information on our behalf to provide their service. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose established providers and give them only what they need.

We disclose personal information to anyone else only if you agree, or if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Access to our systems is limited to the person doing the work. Passwords you give us are kept in a password manager and never sent by plain email. We keep records only as long as we need them for the work, for tax and legal obligations, or to answer a question you might have later.

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies this site uses. Analytics cookies are only set after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete it where we no longer need it.
• If you are in the United Kingdom or European Union, you also have rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR, including to object to processing and to complain to your local regulator.
