Phase 01 — Discovery
It starts with your free website audit. We analyse your current digital presence, identify what's working and what isn't, and send you a plain-English report. From there, you decide whether you want to take the next step — on your terms, in your time.
Phase 02 — Strategy
BPA proposes a clear plan based on the discovery findings.
This includes:
- Recommended service tier or package
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline with key milestones
- Formal proposal via Better Proposals (valid 14 days)
The client reviews and approves before any work starts. Nothing begins without a signed proposal and deposit.
Phase 03 — Build
We build your agreed deliverables — website, automations, campaigns, or content systems — to specification and on schedule. You're kept informed throughout with regular updates and milestone check-ins.
Phase 04 — Handover & Training
This is where we're different. We don't deliver and disappear. Every project includes a full handover: video recordings, written documentation, and a live walkthrough so you can manage everything yourself from day one.
Phase 05 — Post-Launch Support
Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. Questions, tweaks, and unexpected issues are covered. You're not on your own the moment the invoice is paid.
Phase 06 — Ongoing Growth (Optional)
Once you're operational and confident, we offer optional ongoing support: SEO retainers, consulting, content, and automation expansion. All month-to-month. No lock-in.
