THE MASTER KEY

You own the domain. We run the stack.

Most agencies make their margin on the retainer, and that creates a quiet incentive to keep the client in the dark. Build it so only they understand it, and the monthly invoice writes itself. We decided early on not to run it that way, and the Master Key is what that decision looks like written down.

“You own the domain. We run the stack. You can take the controls whenever you choose.”

  1. The client owns their domain name outright. It is registered in their name and it stays theirs.
  2. BPA supplies and operates the hosting, licences and infrastructure, billed transparently.
  3. White-label WordPress dashboard access is available on request after training, so the client can become progressively self-sufficient rather than agency-dependent.
  4. All backups and digital assets are available through a shared folder — the client’s own Drive or a BPA Drive — and there is a documented hand-back path.

What it means in practice

Your domain

Registered in your name and it stays yours. Not held by us, not renewed on our account, not something you have to ask for.

Transparent infrastructure

You see what the hosting and licences cost. It is a service you can end, not a position you are stuck in.

The keys on request

White-label dashboard access after training. You become progressively self-sufficient rather than agency-dependent.

A written way out

Backups and assets in a shared folder — your Drive or ours — and a hand-back path written down before you need it, not improvised when you do.

Why it is called that

A master key opens every door in the building. The point is not that we hold one — it is that you do.

The Master Key is part of our Terms of Service, so the ownership position is contractual, not just marketing.
