MONTHLY LINE MAINTENANCE

Keep it airworthy

In aviation, line maintenance is the routine checking and servicing that keeps an aircraft safe to fly between flights. These plans do the same for your website: hosting, security, backups, monitoring, and the small changes that stop it going stale.

Why a plan comes with every build

We supply and run the hosting and licences your site runs on, so a plan is attached to every build from launch. That is what keeps the site live, updated and backed up.

It is not lock-in. Your domain is in your name, your backups sit in a shared folder you can open any time, and dashboard access is yours on request after training. Self-sufficiency is not penalised: a client who edits their own site pays the same as one who does not.

Term and leaving

Plans run month to month after a one-month minimum term, with 30 days’ written notice. They are billed monthly in advance.

If you cancel, we give you a full export of your site and everything in the shared folder. Because the hosting is ours, the site then has to move to a new host before the final billing date. We help with that, and the hand-back is documented before you ever need it. The full position is in our Terms of Service.
